Sci-fi / Fantasy
- Maruice Africh – Cello’s Gate
- Matt Dinniman – Dungeon Crawler Carl
Sci-fi / Mystery
- Mur Lafferty – Six Wakes, Station Eternity
- Cory O’Brien – Two Truths and a Lie
Sci-fi / Horror
- Max Brooks – World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War (Highly recommend the audio version)
- J.J. Shubert – The City Goes Dark
Sci-fi / Romance
- Emily Antoinette – Space for More
- Jessie Mihalik – Polaris Rising, Aurora Blazing, Chaos Reigning
- Eliot Schrefer – The Brightness Between Us
